Paul is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and also a Tier I SurfSET Instructor. He has been coaching baseball/basketball at Brick Memorial High School for the past 3 years and has been lifeguarding at Jenkinson's Pavilion in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ for the past nine summers.
Paul is a graduate of Kean University with a BS in Physical Education. He has been an athlete his whole life playing many sports including baseball, football, basketball, tennis, surfing, and snowboarding to name a few. However, it was at Kean where he really took an interest in physical fitness. "Growing up working out was always second nature and I did not realize that the majority of people truly benefitted from assistance from others." He shared many classes with trainers and athletes in college and this motivated him to better his own fitness and eventually move towards helping others achieve their own personal fitness goals. "It's really cool to show someone something new and have them be excited to show up and better themselves while having a good time doing it. There is a direct correlation between health and happiness and that truly inspires me to keep improving myself and help others with their goals."
Paul's areas of expertise include motivation, strength, balance, functionality, weight loss, and stress relief. Also he includes TRX, Surfset, personal training, and small group training to provide and overall challenging and fun experience.
Rich is an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training Institute (NCPI). He holds a Certification in Basic Nutrition and is a certified TRX instructor. Rich exercises expertise in strength and conditioning, sport specific training, interval training, and boxing.
Rich is a graduate of Rider University, where he received his degree in Communications. In his free time, he enjoys running, boxing, hiking, playing racquetball, reading, and playing guitar.
Jas is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) through the Yoga Alliance Foundation. She has been a member of the yoga and wellness community for several years and completed her certification in 2016 in the jungles of Cahuita, Costa Rica. She teaches personalized vinyasa flow classes while including elements of ashtanga and hatha. In every class she strives to bring a healing practice while staying devoted to the mind body connection.
Jas received a BS in Marketing from Rider University and specializes in digital marketing and account management. Throughout her digital marketing career she's proudly worked with several well known clients in the fitness industry. She also loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Megan is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Anchor Fitness. She overseas all market research and data analytics. Megan is also responsible for marketing programs and brand management.
Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. She specialized in Secondary Education Mathematics and minored in Psychology. In addition to her love of education, she has always had a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Not only for its physical health benefits, but for the positive effects it had on relaxing the mind and body.
When Megan is not marketing for Anchor Fitness, she is a full time teacher at Rumson-Fair Haven High School, in Rumson, NJ and works part time for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation.
